Since 1994, BergHOFF has been creating, producing and distributing a wide range of attractively designed tools that are sold all over the world. Pots, dishes, jars, cutlery & tableware, knife sets and many other products are made according to the '3Rs' principle: reuse, reduce, recycle.



How do you relate to the market?


“For the promotional channel, we are able to create dedicated lines and make ad hoc projects according to customers' needs, or to extrapolate them from our LEO world. We have been collaborating for years with the best promotional agencies operating in Italy, but some customers, especially companies in the B2B channel, are managed and coordinated directly by me”, explained Chiara Buffetti, Country Manager of BergHOFF Italy.


With five collections, BergHOFF is able to meet the needs of any kitchen style and offer a versatile product range that evolves with the customer. Among these, stands out the collection Essentials, a selection of equipment that is a must-have for every chef. How much does the promotional channel affect your turnover? 


“Thanks to loyalty programs and B2B, the promotional channel accounts for about 60% of our turnover”.



On which products are you focusing for 2024?


“We will continue to expand the Leo collection with new products in line with our sustainable strategy, but not only that!”


The company vision is to provide design, functionality and quality at an affordable price, which is why BergHOFF is aimed at a broad target group ranging from novice to experienced chefs.


Quality products created with a strong focus on fighting pollution, given the primary role recognised to the topic of environmental impact. The cookware collections are environmentally friendly and focused on the recycling of raw materials, which are later reused for the manufacture of new products. The company ensures energy-efficient cooking thanks to pans equipped with a quality bottom disc to guarantee fast and even distribution of heat. All the cookware is packaged using 100% recyclable cardboard and fibre. Plastic is kept to a minimum and for the launch of new products they use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper and cardboard.
